Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium

This is more than just a typical stadium sound system. The sound system itself is a digital signal processing steered array. This uses multiple computer-controlled amplifiers with audio digital signal processors to produce a beam pattern that matches the seating bowl. The system is adjustable so that when there is lower attendance the coverage pattern is reduced. A single computer controls two different audio control systems.
In addition, there are two club systems. These have local touch screen control of the audio and video, in addition to being tied in to the system-wide DSP control. There is a distributed television system that we are currently modifying to provide high definition television throughout the facitility.
The basic sound system consists of EAW KF900 loudspeakers, Crown amplifiers, Shure microphones, and Crestron control systems.
The television distribution system uses Ccor amplifiers and Blonder Tongue modulators.
