Custom Shop Capabilities
We can produce custom wall panels, rack panels, and enclosures with our Nisshinbo turret press. By having this machinery in-house, we drastically reduce the time it takes to get panels produced.
Our high-capacity press brake allows us to bend everything from the aforementioned panels and enclosures to mounting brackets and structural elements for hanging speaker clusters of any size.
Our engraver can label your custom aluminum, steel, or stainless steel panels up to thirty-six by twenty-four inches. We can also engrave adhesive Lamacoid badges for applications where that is preferred.
With computer design capability and a full woodshop with precision tools, such as a Felder panel saw, we can produce custom loudspeaker enclosures to meet your facility's needs.
We also design and build custom electronics if your system requires it. We are also constantly working on state of the art developments in sound equipment and analysis.
Our large staging area allows us to assemble and test large-scale systems before they are shipped to the installation site. This reduces the time required on site for assembly and troubleshooting.
